The Room's/Accommodation
Dating from around 1850, this cosy, traditional Welsh cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It is a quaint 'two-up, two-down' cottage with a traditional yet modern feel.
Great care and attention to detail has been considered to provide our guests with a true sense of Wales, together with clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. The owners maintain the property themselves, which ensures that a personal touch is provided and pristine accommodation awaits our guests.
The Living Room
The cosy living room has its original Victorian fireplace (not in use). This room is comfortably furnished to provide seating for 4 guests on comfy leather sofa's. The room is furnished with traditional solid pine furniture and lovely Laura Ashley curtains & cushions.
This room is equipped with an excellent selection of entertainment facilities - there is something for everyone! Facilities include;

- Hi-Fi
- Playstation 1 & games
There is also a small library of DVD's, CD's, Video's, books and board games for you to enjoy together with a good selection of local interest books and guides to help you get the most out of your holiday in Conwy. We have OS maps and a number of excellent walking guides too - after all this is Snowdonia, the scenery is truly spectacular and not to be missed!
The Kitchen
The newly fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped - we have tried to think of everything you might need to provide that 'home from home' experience; Pots & Pans, Baking equipment, Food Processor, Children's cutlery & plastic crockery, Picnic Ware... you name it and we've got it!
All the modern comforts await you to take the ease out of your self-catering holiday. Our integrated appliances include:

There are also a few added gadgets to make your stay more enjoyable such as; a Cappuccino / Filter Coffee Machine, a Toastie Sandwich Maker, Chrome Juicer, a 3-tier Electric Steamer, and even a fantastic Bread Maker, so that you can enjoy your very own homemade bread every morning! (we even provide you with a selection of cookery books and bread recipes). What could be better?
The Courtyard
Patio doors lead out from the kitchen into the Victorian paved courtyard. Although this is a small recreational area, there is plenty of space for you to sit out, relax and enjoy the surroundings. There are good views of the Castle & Estuary from this decked area. The courtyard is equipped with table and chairs, parasol, and BBQ.
The Courtyard gate leads out onto a private communal area of land. From here you can climb up and explore one of the original Castle Wall Towers, giving you an exclusive chance to experience the amazing architecture of these medieval Walls. There are breathtaking views from this vantage point, that take in the Castle, the town and the beautiful river estuary.
The Bedrooms
The upstairs accommodation provides a generously sized double bedroom, with original Victorian fireplace (not in use), Cast Iron double bed, digital flatscreen TV with Freeview and solid pine furniture providing the visitor with ample storage space. The single room is more compact and has an adult size bunk bed, again, it is fitted with solid pine furniture. Both rooms have Laura Ashley and Dorma soft furnishings to make your stay more comfortable. Bedding and towels are included free of charge.
The Bathroom
The compact bathroom has been completely re-fitted. It has a clean and modern look. Here you will find: The loo, a 1400mm bath with powerful chrome shower over, a modern vanity unit and basin and heated chrome towel rail.

Conwy and the area has many attractions suitable for families - the only trouble you'll have is finding the time to fit it all in!
Pets
One well behaved dog is accepted by prior arrangement. Guide dogs / Assistance dogs are very welcome. If you would like to bring your dog we do politely ask for your dog to stay downstairs at all times and not to sit on the furniture. You must supply your own pet bedding, towels, bowls and feeding utensils. A stairgate is available. We do not charge a fee if you do wish to bring your dog on holiday.
